Agentic AI: Converteo announces a series of major wins and opens over 60 positions

Converteo, a consulting and technology services firm, confirms a significant acceleration in its agentic artificial intelligence activities. Following several major wins with clients such as L’Oréal and Criteo, the firm projects that over 25% of its total 2025 revenue will be linked to AI projects, with at least 12% of its revenue coming directly from agentic artificial intelligence projects.

The projects in question range from strategy (identifying and prioritizing use cases, creating roadmaps, assisting in technology selection, and governance) to the design and deployment of autonomous agents at scale within these companies, addressing various challenges:
- Marketing and performance analysis: For L’Oréal, the design and deployment of an AI agent tasked with analyzing the performance of millions of creative assets (video, audio, photo) from a wide variety of platforms to enrich the Group’s marketing business intelligence.

- Customer experience: For a major consumer brand, a global project to transform the customer experience into a fully conversational approach across all online and offline points of sale, designed around autonomous agents.
- AI & Agentic strategy: An AI Omnicommerce transformation roadmap for a major player in specialized retail (confidential client).
