    4. Indirect Collection and Data Enrichment

    As part of improving the relevance of our exchanges and managing our professional relationships, Converteo may enrich information provided directly by Site users with data collected indirectly from public third-party sources.

    This enrichment approach applies in particular when a Site user provides a company name; Converteo may collect additional public information relating to this entity or the user’s professional profile.

    Enrichment data comes exclusively from public sources accessible online, such as the professional social network LinkedIn or platforms for legal and financial information on companies such as Societe.com.

    This indirect collection allows Converteo to make its commercial and recruitment database more reliable and up-to-date, in order to offer Site users content, responses, and opportunities adapted to their professional context.

    5. The Recipients of Your Data

    The personal data we collect, as well as that collected subsequently, is intended for us in our capacity as data controller.

    We ensure that only authorized persons can have access to this data. Our service providers may be recipients of this data to carry out the services we entrust to them. Some personal data may be sent to third parties or legally authorized authorities to satisfy our legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.
